WHEN IS THIS PROGRAM?
March 5, 2026 through May 21, 2026
Classes are held live on Thursdays at 7–9 pm ET.
Weekly time commitment: 2-hour live class + 1 hour of practice time.
For full certification, 10 hours of practice time are required (about 1 hour per week, which can be completed with clients, friends, loved ones, etc.)

Meet Laurie Anne
Laurie Anne is a somatic naturotherapist, touch therapist, developmental movement specialist, and pre-and perinatal educator.
Laurie Anne has studied somatic psychology, birth psychology, interpersonal neurobiology, and primitive reflex integration. She specializes in working somatically with adults who experienced pre- and perinatal trauma, holding the possibility of healing for our earliest imprints.
Meet Meghan
Meghan is a Clinical Physiologist, Trauma-Informed Breathwork & Somatic Facilitator, and RYT250 Yoga Instructor.
Meghan has a comprehensive background in trauma-informed movement and yoga practices, nervous system resilience, and mindfulness techniques. She specializes in guiding others toward their intellectual, emotional, and physical intelligence, creating a pathway for healing and self-discovery through somatic and energetic modalities.

Inclusive nervous system skills
Diaphragmatic breathing and posture in somatic sessions
Developmental movement patterns
Threat response cycle and inclusive movement practices
Touch skills and containment
Toning and mobilizing through the voice
Attachment-based facilitation and rupture and repair
Listening and dialogue skills
Group facilitation skills
2 EXPERIENTIAL WEEKS
